The 2023 College Football season is just around the corner and content on the site will start in the next week or so. Season previews will get rolling first and once we get into July we’ll start posting ideas for season win total wagers along with some futures action! Before you know it, it will be GAME ON. The fun starts on Saturday, August 26 when there are a small handful of games including a game in Ireland.
2022 Recap: It was mostly good news as the overall wagering portfolio performed well. The send-out picks during the regular season and bowl games were a mediocre 23-23-1 but we dominated the Season Win Total market (an impossible 9-1 with our only loss coming courtesy of the scrappy Wyoming Cowboys) and picked up just over five units in season long futures and props. We also had our best year in terms of “leans” <small bets> as we piled up a 99-83 (54.1%) mark on those bad boys during the regular season and had the bowl games figured out pretty well (15-7 bowl leans). Club Leanage ended the season at 114-90 (56%) Finally, note that the Moneyline Parlay Underdog Club cashed a number of times on Saturday including some sweet four out of five action in Week 10.
In an ideal world, the send-out picks would have been the best subset of winners, but unfortunately, there’s always going to be a high-level of variance when it comes to selecting a few picks from the overall bucket of what we like for the week.
We consistently book an overall profit after the season is over but there are always plenty of ups and downs along the way.
