UCF 70 Temple 13 – Score was 14-13 early 2nd Q…Temple had put together three scoring drives…..then they collapsed like a TRIPLE DEATH-JABBED marathon runner….UCF 737-293 yd edge, QB JR Plumlee 4 TD pass, 3 TD rush
SMU 40 Navy 34 – 510-441 yd edge for Navy…..SMU led 40-20 4Q….SMU -12/-13 backers feeling good!….but time to get bent over the HAY BALE…..Navy TD with 2 min left….40-27….-13 a push, -12, -12.5 still a winner! Way to go SMU bettor!! All the monnneezzz…..oh wait….Navy gets the ball back with a minute left on their own 20…..but they can’t pass so looks like the cover is safe….3rd and 12 on their own 34….45 sec left….way to go SMU backers!!….uh oh….bomb down to the 18……bomb down to the 1 yard line…..9 seconds left….TD Navy….Navy covers, SMU backers lose, thanks for coming, see you next week! stay safe, wear that mask!

Clemson 34 Florida St 24 – jumped out to a 34-14 lead….Seminoles two 4Q TD then failed onside kick attempt….Fla St 460-370 yd edge and ran the ball very well (206) (!)….Bye next for Noles then expect good things down stretch
Syracuse 24 NC State 9 – 389-255 yd edge, Pack without starting QB, Cuse (-2) in t/o, Clemson next
Miami 20 Virginia Tech 14 – misleading final, led 20-CACK, Hokies two 4Q TDs, Canes had 458-257 yd edge and have 11 sacks L2G, Miami spread backers -7 thru -9 get bent over the HAY BALE
North Carolina 38 Duke 35 – entertaining back-and-forth game, 542-536 yd edge for Duke and they failed to run out clock down in UNC territory – missed FG – and then NC shockingly drives the field for GW TD

West Virginia 43 Baylor 40 – misleading final, 590-500 yd edge for Baylor but (-3) in t/o margin, Bears lost starting QB in 3Q, WV wins on late FG
Oklahoma 52 Kansas 42 – starting QB D Gabriel back, 701-430 yd edge
TCU 43 Oklahoma St 40 (2 OT) – Pokes led by 14 heading into 4Q……TCU takes it in 2 OT and had 510-386 yd edge, 224 rush 286 pass

Air Force 42 UNLV 7 – 420-179 yd edge and +4 in t/o for Falcons, 2nd straight stinker for UNLV, played with back-up QB
Utah St 17 Colorado St 13 – Aggies 390-262 yd edge, lost their QB in the first half, then lost their back-up QB right after that, down to 3rd stringer
Fresno St 17 San Jose St 10 – 331-328 yd edge for Spartans and were +2 in t/o but were 3/16 combined on 3rd and 4th down
Hawaii 31 Nevada 16 – 396-277 yd edge, comfortable win for Hawaii, 223 rush 173 pass

Utah 43 USC 42 – 562-556 yd edge for Utes and won the passing game battle 424-381, USC had zero sacks after coming into game leading nation, Utah TD with a min left and go for two points to take the lead and ultimately win the game, both teams with bye weeks and one game behind UCLA and Oregon in PAC 12 standings
Washington 49 Arizona 39 – 595-526 yd edge for Huskies and threw for 516 yards, Arizona chased all game cut lead to 3 points in 4Q
Colorado 20 California 13 (OT) – final Power 5 team to get a win!…..Buffs 328-297 yd edge and win it in OT
Oregon St 24 Washington St 10 – 368-344 yd edge for Wash St but Beavers had 6 sacks and were never threatened, played with back-up QB
Stanford 16 Notre Dame 14 – WHOA NELLIE…..Stanford led 13-CACK, ND took lead 14-13, Cardinal take lead for good with 10 min left, 385-301 yd edge for Stanford

Georgia Southern 45 James Madison 38 – 675-590 yd edge for James Madison, led 24-14 early 3Q, led with 2 min left but allowed 578 (!) passing yards and were (-3) in t/o, first loss of the year for Dukes
Troy 17 Texas St 14 – 406-293 yd edge for Troy, Bobcats led 14-10 after 3Q
Southern Miss 20 Arkansas St 19 – 345-286 yd edge for S Miss, down 19-7 after 3Q, rally in 4th for the one-point win
South Alabama 41 ULM 34 – 615-438 yd edge, started to impose their will in 2nd Q, led 41-20, ULM a pair of 4Q TDs to make things interesting

Utah St -11 (L) – closed at -14, got a good number but getting closing line value doesn’t pay the bills, yo….Utah St lost their starting AND back-up QB in the first half, won but didn’t cover….Things like that happen in college football, gotta shake it off and move on!
Miami Ohio -7 (L) – led into 3Q, couldn’t get offense going at all
