Michigan St 37 Michigan 33 – 552-395 yd edge for Michigan, led by 16 points….and…..GLUG GLUG GLUG…..Sparty takes the lead….Michigan INT on potential go-ahead drive late…..5 (!) TD runs for Kenneth Walker most in Michigan St history when facing their hated rival
Rutgers 20 Illinois 14 – 388-297 yd edge, Rutgers scores 20 vs an FBS opponent for the first time since the opening week
Wisconsin 27 Iowa 7 – 270-156 yd edge…..+3 in t/o for Badgers…..yup UNDER BACKERS had to SWEAT in the final minute even though there were just 426 (!) total yards in the game….Iowa down 10-0 and came up with goal line stand then subsequently fumbled on own 1…..17-CACK and that’s the ball game, yo……note to YOUNG SPARKIES…..This was the ULTIMATE UNDER and it still hit 34……college football totals unders with totals under 40 are rarely easy, yo….especially if you hae a ticket in hand
Minnesota 41 Northwestern 14 – 442-241 yd edge, two 100-yard rushers for Gophers
Purdue 28 CORN 23 – Great spot for the Huskers off a bye and desperately need a win and PFFFFFFTTTTT………….Ohio St, Wisconsin,Iowa up next and 3-9 season looks somewhat likely….399-349 yd edge for Huskers but (-4) (!) in turnovers

Oklahoma 52 Texas Tech 21 – Red Raiders first game with new HC….541-373 yd edge for Sooners, 4679 pass yards……Oklahoma has just one sack over L3G
West Virginia 38 Iowa St 31 – GREATEST TEAM OF ALL TIME ** managed to CYCLONE another game away…..WV with 14-0 4th Q to pick up big win….492-424 yd edge for ‘Neers….two fine games in a row may be finding late season mojo

Baylor 31 Texas 24 – another crappy 2nd half for Longhorns…..led game 21-10 at one point….427-382 yd edge for Baylor…..very much in hunt for title game berth
Kansas St 31 TCU 12 – 388-340 yd edge, TCU HC Gary Patterson is GONE after 20+ seasons
Oklahoma St 55 Kansas 3 – 535-143 yd edge, 38-cack at half

Clemson 30 Florida St 20 – Sometimes, it’s just not enough to describe the ultimate fate of bettors in a particular game as taking it SHAWSHANK STYLE…..or getting abused like the secretary in GARAGE GIRLS…..or making immature and unnecessary references to one’s KEISTER……but this was an all-timer…..On the final play of the game, Florida St laterals the ball 11,000 times for -40 yards or so and Clemson eventually scoops it up for a TD (barely)……Clemson -9.5 ….win by 10……Over/Under 47.5…..Finishes 50……Clemson team total 28.5…..hits 30……The GDP of ARGENTINA changed hands ($$) on that play in sportsbooks across the globe and DEGENERATES young and old have a story for a lifetime……back to the game…..377-241 yd edge for Clemson and 6 sacks….Lots of points left on the field including Clemson missing 3 FGs and Florida St missing an XP……RB W Shipley finally played with cleats (vs dress shoes) and he’s pretty good when he doesn’t fall down on every play.
NC State 28 LUA-VUH 13 – looked like a cover for 3Q then NC scores 3 TD in 4Q…..Cards won yardage battle 434-361 and had 200+ rush and pass yds…..Excellent game for NC St QB Leary.

BYU 66 Virginia 49 – not sure what this was, but it wasn’t football….734-588 yd edge for BYU, VA led 49-45 after 3Q then fell apart
